Salary:

  • 4500 – 9000 PLN net (B2B)
  • 3300 – 6600 PLN gross (UoP)

Location: Warsaw, Wroclaw, Cracow, Gliwice

🚀 What do you need to get this position?

  • Basic experience in building products based on business goals.
  • Some experience in validating business solutions.
  • Practice in solving user problems.
  • Knowledge of user research methods.
  • Knowledge of current design trends.
  • Knowledge of software good practices, and patterns in graphic design.
  • Knack of esthetics and precision, as well as attention to detail and a pixel-perfect approach.
  • Knowledge of UX guidelines, ability to design mockups and build prototypes.
  • Proactive, driven personality, striving for continuous professional development.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English (B2+ level) to easily communicate with clients.
  • Good knowledge of Polish (B1+ level) to communicate with the team.

  • Collaborating with various internal development teams to satisfy product business strategies and user needs.
  • Close cooperation with a scrum team to deliver world-class solutions.
  • Leading workshops directly with the client to understand product goals (we will teach you how to do that).
  • Creating information architectures and user flows.
  • Designing low and hi-fidelity wireframes and building prototypes based on them.
  • Delivering highly functional, user-centered and beautiful interface designs.
  • Testing the effects of your team’s work through manual acceptance tests.
