  It has been a month since I joined AnyVan and it has been nothing short of amazing. My new team has been incredibly supportive throughout my onboarding and training.In the morning, you'll catch me in the kitchen munching on fruit and having my cereal for the day. What can I say? I love to eat! 😅 I've had the pleasure of meeting and conversing with many wonderful people over hot chocolate at the coffee station (my body can't take coffee 😅), not to mention Thursday and Friday drinks.It's refreshing to learn new processes and ways of working. I'm enjoying discovering how effective data reporting can significantly impact recruiting processes. This experience is also helping me uncover aspects of myself as a professional that I hadn't explored before.One of AnyVan's core values is Drive, which prioritizes Progress over Perfection. As a perfectionist, I'm learning to move away from the mindset that 'everything has to be perfect' and embrace the value of progress over perfection. Taking action and learning through the process is more valuable than waiting for the perfect moment, which might never arrive.I'm excited for what's ahead at AnyVan and the opportunities waiting for me!   I was organizing my files and stumbled upon these two certificates from the GetSmarter short courses I completed last year. 🎓🏆 This reminded me of my ambition to pursue further education after my undergraduate degree but the opportunity never presented itself. Grateful for the amazing opportunity to work at 2U, where continuous learning is not just encouraged, but supported wholeheartedly. Working in recruitment, I have learnt that every role we take on is like managing a project. This has influenced my decision to enroll in a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management which starts a week from now, meaning I finally get to fulfill my dream of furthering my education and also get to immensely contribute to a key area in my professional profile!📚🎉Super thrilled to embark on this journey of continuous learning, as I believe it's the key to staying on top of one's game in this fast-paced world we work in!💪📈#ContinuousLearning #ProfessionalGrowth #LifeLongLearner #CareerGoals
