The Crystal Hollows contains a number of structures that will randomly generate. While some structures may only generate in certain zones, others may spawn anywhere.

Mechanics
Each Crystal Hollows lobby is comprised of a number of randomly generated rooms. This means the coordinates will not be the same between lobbies, aside from the Crystal Nucleus.
There are 5 main structures which are guaranteed to generate in the 5 main locations:

These rooms represent the Fairy Grotto, which all contain varying amounts of Butterflies and Jasper Gemstones. You can fish in any of the rooms with water to have a 0.5% chance of fishing up a Fairy Soul.

Second Key Guardian Tower

Trivia
Both Boss Corleone spawn structures can spawn within a single Crystal Hollows lobby.
In order to access the Crystal Hollows, the player must obtain a Crystal Hollows Pass. It can be bought for 10,000 coins from Gwendolyn in the ⏣ Dwarven Mines, or obtained as a reward from completing their offer in ⏣ The Garden.
There are 3 treasure chests, 1 in a raised space to the south of the rails, 1 at the top of a waterfall on the west side, 1 inside an enclosed hollow to the east of the first chest. Two granite minecarts carrying crystals on a rail. Each minecart holds a chest.
Goblin Eggs have a rare chance to drop from various Goblin-type Mobs across the Dwarven Mines and Crystal Hollows. They can also be obtained from Treasure Chests in the Goblin Holdout section of the Crystal Hollows.
In most areas ores will then respawn in random locations, but in the ⏣ Dwarven Mines and ⏣ Crystal Hollows they have fixed spawning places. In ⏣ Glacite Mineshafts ores don't respawn at all.
In order for Corleone to spawn, the player must be moving near his spawn point when his spawn timer is off cooldown. It is also possible to trap Corleone into a box which reduces the risk of him spawning and attacking before the player is ready.
If four are placed on the end exit portal, one on each of the flat sides, the crystals respawn the original end crystals on the obsidian pillars, as well as resurrect the dragon itself, before exploding. The top of each pillar also explodes, destroying any player-placed blocks.
To access the Crystal Caverns, open your world map and click on Shiverchill Mountains. This will then give you the option to enter the Crystal Caverns, or quest in Shiverchill. Once you have traveled to Shiverchill Mountains, click on the cave opening to enter the Crystal Caverns.
